The UK is expected to join the US in letting Ukraine use its missiles to attack Russia, the Guardian reports. It comes as Moscow has accused the West of escalation and accused US President Joe Biden of adding “fuel to the fire” in Ukraine. The paper also has a story on how more than one in three children in the UK are living in poverty, according to a report by the Social Metrics Commission.

It also has a story on Coleen Rooney getting quizzed about her “Wagatha Christie” libel case when she appeared on I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!

The Daily Telegraph reports on how farmers have been told they must pay inheritance tax to fund the NHS, despite the mass protests expected. It also has a story about UK Business Secretary Jonathan Reynolds saying the UK would side with Donald Trump if he prompted a trade war with China.

The Times reports Chancellor Rachel Reeves has been told by the country’s biggest retailers that shops will close, jobs will be lost and prices will rise because of her decision to raise National Insurance. It also reports on the Kremlin promising a “palpable” response after the US authorised Ukraine to use of its long-range missiles in Russia.

Dozens of British Airways flights were disrupted on Monday night after a major IT glitch “caused Chaos”, the Daily Mail reports. Like some other papers today, it also has a photo of singer Ariana Grande attending the London premier of the film Wicked.

It also has a photo of Sir Keir Starmer and Chinese President Xi Jinping at the G20 summit – the first meeting between leaders of the two countries for eight years.
